OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE

  • Ensure the principles of the program mission are promoted, understood and change is being prepared, managed and reinforced within the Takeda business community.
  • Assess the change, define the change strategy and work towards creating an understanding within the BPR roll out countries that it is essential for Takeda's future to harmonise our business processes to one global standard.
  • Support and coach the managers and employees in the region of change.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Take the lead in preparing the change processes based on a strategic approach, manage and monitor the change in the region and suggest reinforcements to support the change if needed.
  • Execute a readiness asssessment in the region before starting with the preparation of the OCM activities
  • Facilitating the identification of necessary organisational, process, system and data changes as a result of the business process harmonisation.
  • Apply the Project Management methodologies used in BPR for the area of OCM including:
    • Project plan
    • Milestone Management
    • Status tracking and reporting
    • Deliverables Follow Up
    • Issue and Risk Management
    • Ensure alignment with local OCM deployment teams
  • Manage the execution and implementation of OCM activities to achieve the BPR Vision of standardisation and harmonisation of business processes.
  • Apply and manage the execution of BPR change management, communications and training approach for management and employees and tools to deliver defined OCM deliverables.
  • Execution of the defined Training strategy and approach by supporting deployment teams. Provide guidance to local deployment OCM teams in all areas of OCM.
  • Provide support to the PMO team as required, including in the areas of continuous improvement, driving best practice and standardisation within the BPR program.
  • Monitor the change based on process data and additional gathered information.
  • Suggest Reinforcement measures or adjustment to the change appproach to reach BPR standardisation
  • All other duties reasonably required of the position of BPR EMEA Organizational Change Manager Lead.

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Ability to lead change in a cross functional organization while being flexible and adaptable to work in ambiguous situations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Excellent in active listening
  • Ability to work successfully in multi-cultural teams and to build and maintain strong relationship with key local and global stakeholders
  • A strong executor, ability to implement deliverables in a timely and effective manner
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Solid IT skills and a quick learner of new project systems
  • Open to new ways of working and applying new methodologies
  • Flexibility to travel to deployment countries/regions where necessary

Desired

  • Master’s degree in related specialization area (e.g. Communications, Change Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, IS) is desirable but not esstenial.
  • 3+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management in the context of IT implementations and/or business process harmonisation projects.
  • Experience in corporate/business communications
  • Experience in business partnering providing a support service internally to business stakeholders
