We are looking for a strong candidate for the position of a

Key Account Manager Immunology (f/m/x) for West Austria

in a permanent position/ full time.

Your tasks in detail:

  • Identify key external stakeholders and develop deep understanding of their needs, collaborating on initiatives and co-creating mutually beneficial solutions that will add value to them and their patients.
  • Understand the account situation, incl challenges and needs.
  • Formulate comprehensive, robust, and insight-driven key account plans aligned with the brand strategy, agreed timelines and budget.
  • Drive performance and deliver agreed objectives and tactics within the key accounts by establishing close customer relationships.
  • Apply an optimized omnichannel mix to reach customers according to their preferences.
  • Drive the implementation of the innovative offerings with key stakeholders and help differentiate Takeda from its competitors.
  • Proactively coordinate collaboration with marketing, medical and market access (and other internal stakeholders) to ensure alignment in objectives and activities.
  • Systematically analyze performance (e.g. sales, market developments, competitors) and propose mitigating actions as needed.

Your profile:

  • Certified pharmaceutical representative (Pharmareferent/in) or university degree in human medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, pharmacy or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the pharma industry.
  • Experience in managing customer relationships in the healthcare industry, preferably with (hema-) oncologists.
  • Familiar with the use of the whole range of possible channels to reach customers (omnichannel engagement).
  • Confident use of CRM systems and MS Office. Open to new technologies and digital ways of working
  • Understanding of the market access environment.
  • Proactive, open-minded, and resilient personality.
  • Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of performance-oriented work.
  • Highly motivated, driving for results in a cross-functional engaging approach.
  • Initiative, creative and ability to work effectively in complex, rapidly changing environment.
  • High ability in networking (internal and external) and relationship management.
  • Structured way of working, analytical skills and strategic thinking, eager to learn and elevate your capabilities.
  • Fluent German and English is a need.
  • Driving license, category B

For this important and responsible position, the minimum salary is € 4,110.06 gross/month (full-time, KV chem. Industrie). The actual salary package depends on your professional experience and qualifications.
